Waseet is a private, approval-only marketplace that connects verified property developers with licensed realtors across Saudi Arabia, with every commission shown upfront.

Waseet solves a matching problem. Developers with inventory to move and realtors with buyers to serve were finding each other through personal networks, which meant deals depended on who you already knew and commission terms surfaced late, if at all.

We designed and built the platform around three roles. Developers list projects, realtors browse and claim them, and an admin console approves both sides before anyone transacts. Nothing is public: every account is reviewed, so the listings a realtor sees have all been verified first.

Commission is a first-class part of the interface rather than a negotiation. The rate sits on the listing card itself, so a realtor knows what a project pays before opening it. The marketplace covers Jeddah, Riyadh, Dammam, Mecca, Medina and Khobar, and works in Arabic and English throughout.

It runs as a React front end against an Express and PostgreSQL API with Redis and S3-compatible object storage, deployed in Docker on the client’s own server.
