Wavelink
Wavelink puts an AI agent on a company’s WhatsApp number. It answers customers in text or voice notes, reads the images they send, and turns every new chat into a lead.
Plenty of businesses sell entirely over WhatsApp, and the cost of that is a phone nobody can ever put down. Wavelink answers instead, around the clock, in the customer’s own language.
The agent works in English, Arabic and Roman Urdu, detected per message. It understands inbound voice notes and can reply with one, which matters because a large share of customers would rather speak than type. It also reads the receipts, screenshots and IDs people send, and answers about what is in them.
Answers are grounded in the company’s own catalogue, documents and history with that contact, so the agent quotes real prices rather than inventing them. Every new number becomes a lead in a built-in CRM, and staff can read any conversation and take it over in one click from a shared inbox.
It is multi-tenant, with a platform owner, company admins and their staff, and the isolation between companies is absolute. The whole stack ships as Docker containers, and speech recognition, synthesis and voice cloning all run on the company’s own machine rather than a third-party service.
